Q. What is a foam party and what can I expect?
A. A foam party is a unique and exhilarating experience! Your guest will have a great time playing and dancing in the foamy soap while listening to great party music. We provide the foam, music, balls, and a great time! Kids, adults, and pets will have a great time! We also clean up at the end. Sit back and relax while we help you throw the event of the year!
Q. Where does the foam come from?
A. We use the best foam cannon brand available. Our HD Foam Stacker offers the largest and highest output of foam and can cover a 40 x 40 area of foam. It blows the foam out and it goes through the air and falls to the ground. It will build up and stacks up several feet.
Q. Will the foam burn my eyes?
A. It is made up of ingredients that will not burn your eyes. Some guests like to wear sunglasses or goggles during the party.
Q. Is the foam safe?
A. YES! Our foam is safe for your eyes, skin, hair, children, babies, pets, and your yard and landscaping.

Q. What is the foam made of?
A. We use the highest quality foam solution that is available on the market. The ingredients are similar to what is found in baby shampoo. The main ingredients are composed of: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerin, and water. These ingredients have been approved by the FDA to be used in many products that you use every day.
Q. How messy is a foam party?
A. Your guests will definitely get wet playing in the foam. Please advise them to wear swimwear or athletic wear and to also bring a change of clothes. Guests may get mud and grass on them depending on the condition of your yard.
The foam solution will naturally evaporate and dissolve on its own within a few hours. No clean-up on your part!
Q. What should I have my guests bring to the foam party?
A. You can recommend that your guests bring towels, goggles, sunscreen, a change of clothes, and a camera or cell phone for pictures. A foam party is similar to a pool party!
Q. Where is the best place to hold a foam party?
A. We recommend holding the event outdoors on grass or concrete. The ground will get very wet and can damage indoor surfaces such as flooring and walls.
Q. Do you deliver and set up?
A. YES! We will come out and set everything up. Set up will take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on which type of foam party you choose.
Q. Will there be a delivery/ travel fee?
A.We offer free delivery/travel up to 10 miles from our warehouse at 9620 Louetta Rd. Spring, TX 77379. If you are located farther than 10 miles, the booking software can give you a quote to calculate the travel fees according to the event location.
Q. Can I just rent the foam cannon?
A. We do not allow the customer to rent the foam cannon. Your party will include a trained operator to run the cannon.
Q. How far in advance should I rent the equipment?
A. We recommend that you reserve it as soon as you know your party details to make sure that you get your preferred time. Our schedules fill up very quickly.
Q. Does your equipment have any special electrical requirements?
A. We will need one standard outlet and access to a water faucet.
All of our equipment plugs into a standard 110 household outlet. We ask that you not plug other items in on the same outlet as the one we will use. It can cause the circuit breaker to flip and lose power.
We provide our own extension cord up to 100 feet. We will be unable to hold a foam party any farther than our 100-foot cord will reach due to overheating and melting and low power distribution.
A generator will be needed if farther than 100 feet away for an additional fee.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we require a 50% credit card deposit in order to reserve the equipment. This cost will go towards your overall balance. The final balance will be due the day before your scheduled event. An email will be sent that day requesting the final amount to be paid.
Q. Can I hold my event at a park or event hall?
A. Yes. We can do a foam party anywhere that has access to water and electricity within 100 feet o the area the party will be held.
***Special note***You will need to check with the park or event center to get approval and make arrangements with them. They may ask that we provide proof of insurance as well. It can take several days for us to obtain the additional COI. Please let us know how we can help you.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given - at least 5 days prior to the day of your event. Cancellation of the event with less than 5 days notice forfeits the entire deposit. Postponement of the event with at least 5 days' notice may entitle you to use all of your deposit towards a rescheduled event date at our discretion and will be valid for one year. Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. Cancellation of any reason after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. This will include weather conditions and noise complaints or any other reason you may choose to discontinue the party.
Q. What do I do if I have bad weather occurs during my rental period?
Weather Policy: We allow weather cancellations up to the day before your event. We will contact you the day before with delivery confirmation. Please let us know at that time if you wish to cancel. Once the equipment is set up, we will not issue any refund. Postponement/rescheduling of the event may entitle you to use all of your deposit towards a rescheduled event at our discretion and will be valid for up to one year from the originally scheduled event. Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. If you do not wish to reschedule an event due to weather, we will issue a refund for half of the deposit paid.
****We are unable to safely operate the equipment when lightning is present. We are working with and around water. Please consider our safety and the safety of your guests when deciding on the weather.
If it starts to rain during your scheduled party time and no lightning is present, we will wait 30 minutes for it to let up or pass over. After 30 minutes, we will check the weather and make a decision if we will continue the foam party or close it down.
